(CLOSED) Draw-to-Adopt Event 2016!

Hi guys! Thanks to the kindness of YuriStorm, I am pleased to announce a Draw-to-Adopt event featuring her beautiful artwork and designs! This is a great opportunity for any of you wanting to own your first Canterwit! Each Canterwit comes with a unique objective, and a shared objective. The shared objective is to truly make your Canter your own - give them a backstory, tell us a little about where they live in the realm, what sort of job they'd work and what house they'd be aligned with! All information you need can be found on the website.

Here are the individual objectives for this DTA event -

Daffodil

Daffodil has a charming, yet simple design! But something's missing. If you aspire to adopt Daffodil, design a new outfit for them! Whether it's a simple as a bandana or a cardigan, or something more regal like a saddle and cloak, the floor is yours! Simple or complicated, the most striking apparel is what we want to see on this Canter! Any design tweaks are acceptable for this chap, we want to see a splash of personality introduced to this Canter! Liven up this design!

White Lily

White lily's flowers are probably the envy of many other Canterwit. It is a rarity to have more than one flower present! From what we can tell, there appears to be all sorts of charming flowers on their ensemble accessory - such as roses, garden lillies, lily of the valley and daffodils. But their antlers need some livening up! The objective to adopt White Lily is to select two flowers and create a beautiful set of flowers on their antlers for the world to envy! Maybe an extra accessory or two, or a awesome new hair style! And just like Daffodil, design tweaks are allowed.

Sunflower Rose

Sunflower Rose is a very elegant Canterwit, as anyone with eyes can see. This Canterwit is lucky enough to have two flowers growing on them - a much desired and very rare trait! But in spite of having gorgeous flowers and a beautiful set of markings, there's still something missing! Much like Daffodil, the objective to adopt this Canterwit is to create a unique and charming accessory that really compliments the design!

Judging & Prizes

- Judging will be based on creativity - this is not limited to artistic ability! Those who respond wonderfully to the prompts provided will excel. Remember that while the design is important, a great description of your Canter's personality/life is also the key! 
- The contest will be judged by myself and YuriStorm!
- Winner gets to keep the Canterwit design they entered for, as well as all of the artwork entered on its behalf!
- Winner will also get their Canterwit design on YuriStorm's Canterwit base, shown here!

Rules -

- You must be a member of the Canterwit group!
- Please credit owlfinch as the species owner!
- You are allowed to enter multiple entries, but only one Canter will be assigned per winner
- Artwork must be your own
- Entries must be submitted to DeviantART, not sta.sh or any alternatives
- Entries must be submitted into the Canterwit group folder titled "Draw to Adopt 2016"
- Please feel free to alter the design if you like! Let your creativity shine! 
- Co-owning is not allowed, nor is entering on behalf of someone else

Contest ends on the 1st of October at 19:00pm GMT (UK time)
